Firefighters get 596k in Zeff Law Firm Case
A jury awarded two firefighters $596,000.00 in damages in a hostile work
environment and retaliation claim brought by the Zeff Law Firm in Camden
County Superior Court. The jury found that the City of Camden unlawfully
subjected two Hispanic firefights, Samuel Munoz and Andres Nieves to a
hostile work environment because of their ethnicity. The jury also found
that the City retaliated against the two firefighters for making complaints
